London Shuffle Club

A leader on the competitive socialising scene that brought the highly addictive game of shuffleboard to the capital. A series of annual pop-ups at The Truman Brewery before it made its home in Shoreditch.

Oui Madame!

Eccentric east london Bistro opened by the team behind Favela Chic. Serving French classics, fine wines and enticing cocktails with a distinctively informal Parisian atmosphere.

Notting Hill Arts Club

Iconic music and arts venue hosting nights with some of the music industry’s finest and best known talents.

Stage 3

Multi-purpose auxiliary venue to Hackney Empire with rotating food and drink menus alongside a weekly music and art performances.

Proof @ Hothouse

London Fields rooftop terrace transformed into a vibrant food and drink event destination with a series of collaborations bringing some of London’s most exiting talents together.

Skyroom

A Platterform pop-up venue showcasing food, drink & live music. Housed in David Kohn’s rooftop eco venue, built in collaboration with The Architecture Foundation overlooking London Bridge.

A selection of the collaborations I’ve worked on over the years. Working closely with hundreds of food operators, drinks brands, event producers and musicians, from pop ups to industry veterans, creating memorable food and drink experiences.

 

Skylodge

Platterform’s flagship annual month long Christmas party, parodying the best of winter highland shenanigans from around the globe. Campfire cosiness, infamous boozy Hot Toddies, hearty food and zany activities including The Lumberjack Olympics and a dancing Yeti.

Bad Sports

Series of parties hosted prior to the opening of their American Sports Bar on Hackney Road with food from Fat Boys Diner and Gravy Train.

Indian Summer

6 week series of subcontinent supperclubs featuring three new and exciting food start-ups, Chit Chaat Chai, Raastawala and Kothu Kothu with a backdrop of Bollywood film, classical Indian music and compelling photography exhibition.

Platterform’s Seafood Adventures

Series of seafood-centric supper clubs sampling the best coastal cuisine from around the world with cocktails from the Captain’s Cabin.

Immersive culinary voyage around the world with contributions from Dave Yorkston’s Smokehouse, The Foragers & Vinn Goute.

Eat Grub Supperclub

In collaboration with The Begging Bowl promoting the use of grubs in fresh, tasty and exciting cooking.

Pasar Kaget

Pop-up market promoting Indonesian culture in London in collaboration with PERIUK and The Indonesian Embassy UK, featuring regional food and art & craft stalls stalls and performances by Lila Bhawa.

Mura Masa Album Launch

Pop-Up bar for live show and art exhibit at a Bussey Building’s Copeland Gallery takeover to celebrate the release of Mura Masa’s acclaimed album. 

Bonnie-on-Sky

Showcase event and pre-launch of Bonnie-Gull, British seafood at its finest set in quirky seaside-inspired surroundings.

Limanation

Taster event and prelude to Martin Morales’ Ceviche, introducing London’s foodie scene to the delights of Peruvian Cuisine.

Gin Shed

Botanically inspired rotating chef programme including The Foragers, The Wandering Chef, Bream Team and Keri Moss with an acoustic sessions soundtrack provided by Nate James, Jack Garratt and Alex Vargas.

The Hangover Club

Detox and retox cocktail menu served alongside signature dishes from The Good Egg’s first pop-up.

Platterform’s talented team concocted the ‘Bacon & Egg’ whisky sour that now appears on brunch menus around the world..

Cock n’ Doodle

Street food programme with Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen, White Men Can’t Jerk, Death By Burrito, Mumma Schnitzel and Ayam Legend alongside an interactive doodle art project. 

Slap Ya Papa

Monthly New Orleans gumbo soul food, blues and jazz supper club.

London Picnic Club

Refined classic British picnic dishes contributed by The Wandering Chef, The Bream Team, The Good Egg and various Borough Market suppliers, served in beautifully crafted hampers on a rooftop oasis with garden games and provincially inspired cocktails.

Eye Sore @ The Silver Building

Bars for “Approved By Pablo art” exhibition and party celebrating the release of Eyesore Issue 3. Utilising all 50,000 ft of the former factory The Silver Building.

Last Supper Club

Immersive dining experience celebrating the last days before the apocalypse as prophesied by the Mayans with set design by The Halo Group, food and entertainment from DJ BBQ.

Platterform ‘Young British Foodie’ Award Winner 2012

Platterform won ‘Best Food Experience’ at the first YBF’s in 2012. The ‘Temple of Play’ menu changed according to your performance in set of provocative tasks. A four-course dining installation featuring ideas such as a game of starter roulette, where guests spin for a chance to enjoy particular dishes.

Sky Market

London’s first ever rooftop market with a deli, art/craft gallery, street food, bar and busking space.
